Like you, I’ve struggled with this too.


After a great deal of trial and error I realized I was approaching fitness all wrong. Diet culture and lose weight fast schemes are not an effective way to lose weight and keep it off.


I decided to dedicate my time to learning about the science behind weight loss and how to properly fuel our bodies with food. Most importantly I learned that the changes required to reach my body image goals needed to become a lifestyle.


Fitness doesn’t have to be an endless cycle of failures, but rather a fully enjoyable way of life and I'm here to teach you how.


This program is designed for women who:

  • Intake meeting to discuss goals and craft individualized training plan.

  • Fitness assessment to determine your current overall fitness level and identify current movement patterns.

  • Weekly workout program with stretching and foam rolling routines.

  • Weekly email check-ins and adjustments to program as needed.

  • Progress tracking system for accountability.

  • Monthly 1:1 coaching call to answer questions and provide additional support.

  • Nutritional guidance including meal ideas, recipes, and how to track macros.

  • Educational tips and videos to teach proper form and exercise techniques.

  • Access to my email for questions and concerns.

  • Access to my private Facebook group for a supportive community and additional resources.

  • Live training sessions for additional cost. Live sessions are great for accountability and motivation.

This program is designed to help you stay consistent and committed to your fitness goals by providing an easy to follow 6 week training program. The purpose of this program is to increase whole body strength, tone and shape main muscle groups, and educate you on key concepts surrounding building muscle and losing weight. Essential pieces needed are a set of dumbbells + booty bands.

Program includes:

  • 6 weeks downloadable e-book for at home or gym training workouts.

  • Detailed instructions for warm up and stretching routines.

  • Optional HITT and glute focused weekly sessions.

  • Includes educational material on weight loss and increasing lean muscle mass.
